Returns Policy

RETURNS POLICY

Merchandise will not be accepted without prior authorisation from us. Please contact us with an itemised list of products, the invoice number and clearly state your reason for the return. 
Acceptable returned goods will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. 
No return authorisation or credit will be granted after 14 days of invoice date, or for returned material that is not in resalable condition. 
Sublimation inks, once opened, are not returnable, unless we have sent you the wrong ones in error. 

Once a printer is removed from its packaging, it is no longer eligible for return.

Return shipping costs will be refunded to you where the return is a result of our error.

When returning goods please include a copy of your receipt and the reason for the return, and, if you would like to make an exchange, please include the details of the new items you would like.

Please note, we cannot provide a refund if; you do not have proof of purchase from Sublimation Systems, the goods have been used, worn or tested, the goods have been damaged after you purchased them, or if you find the same item at a cheaper price somewhere else.

We recommend sending returns via registered post or courier as we do not accept responsibility for lost items.

Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.

Special Order Items

Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
